Styling your new home is both fun and overwhelming. Most people have not done this before, and worry about making all the decisions.  Knowing what to pick and when is a big challenge.

Our step by step process ensures that your home looks beautiful regardless of your budget. You make the choices based on how you use the spaces in your home and your unique style.

We take time up front to learn more about your specific tastes and style preferences, and then we develop mood boards for each room to set the stage.  These mood boards are very important and facilitate all future selections.

Deliverable:  online style assessment and mood boards 

Together we build your customized style portfolio one decision at a time. As you make selections, they are captured online. Specifically, your customized portfolio includes product pictures, specifications and other critical information. It contains the details that you, your builder and subcontractors will refer to as you move through the build project.

We help coordinate with your builder to ensure that your style portfolio is completed on time for each phase of the building project. This ensures that your decisions are made early in the process to avoid delays and rework.

The visual project portfolio includes all the detailed selections to share with your construction specialists. This makes it easier for you to communicate with everyone involved in your build.

The following sections are included in the style profile:  

• fireplace units and fireplace materials
• appliances
• flooring materials
• windows;  models, interior and exterior colors, hardware
• roofing materials
• cabinet materials and colors 
• countertops
• heating and air conditioning units
• exterior materials and colors unless specified by the architect
• bathroom shower and tub material
• bathroom accessories such as toilets, faucets, shower doors
• texture and paint colors for walls and ceilings 
• interior and exterior door styles, colors, hardware styles and colors
• lighting fixtures, electrical plugs colors, dimmers, and other special requests

Deliverable: online completed style portfolio with all selections made, product numbers/details, visuals, product specifications, online user manuals, and other special instructions for you to share with your builder.

Throughout the entire process, we coordinate meetings with product experts in their showrooms and gather samples to help you make decisions. These deliverables are aligned to the needs of each unique project.

Our base fee is $10,000 per home up to 2,500 sq ft. This fee is invoiced in 3 equal installments. For larger homes/projects, we provide updated fees based on the specifics of your project.
